I am a leaseholder over 55 and have service charge arrears. What should I do?
Age UK Camden and the LB of Camden Leaseholder Collections Team have formalised a new case work service for leaseholders over 55 who may have problems paying their service charges. Complete the Online Referral Form and we will contact you shortly.
What benefits are residents over 55 entitled to?
Go to the Managing your Money section on the resource where you will find a direct link to the Citizen Advice Bureau – Advice Guide on all the benefits older tenants and residents are entitled too.
How can landlords apply for Energy Efficiency Funding?
London Borough of Camden’s SMART Homes project offers energy efficiency grant packages worth up to £6,000 for landlords with EPC rated F or G properties in Camden. Visit Warmth & Energy Efficiency section for details.
Can tenants apply for a Disability Assessment Grant?
Yes. Go to the Property Repairs and Adaption’s section on the resource and click on the link to Camden’s Handyman Service Team who can access and secure your grant application for you.
